LaserBone Designs is an online-only shop based in Newport News, Virginia. We sell laser engraving, 3D printing, and UV printing, and we ship inside the United States only. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Account information. Member accounts are run by Clerk, our sign-in provider. When you sign in, Clerk handles your email address and sign-in details and shares with us what we need to run your account, such as your email and account ID.

Order and quote information. When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the details of the job (size, material, deadline, notes, and any files you attach).

Uploads. Members can upload files such as traces and tray STL files. We store these so we can quote, design, and produce your work, and so you can use them in your account.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive only what Stripe gives merchants, such as the payment status and the last four digits of the card.

How we use it

We use your information to run your account, quote and make your order, ship it, and contact you about it. That is all.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run the site and your order:

• Clerk for account sign-in.
• Stripe for payments.
• Vercel for website hosting and for storing member uploads.
• Shipping carriers, who receive your name and address so they can deliver your order.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it.

No ad tracking or analytics

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site.

Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete your account and your uploaded files at any time. Email Orders@laserbonedesigns.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on your account. We will confirm by email once it is done. We may keep order and payment records that we are required to keep by law.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
