These terms apply when you use laserbonedesigns.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break, overload, or get around the site's security, and do not use it to harm other people.

Member accounts

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in email secure. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your uploaded content

You own what you upload. Traces, tray files, images, and other files you upload stay yours.

Community Plate. If you publish something to Community Plate, you give LaserBone Designs permission to display it on the site. This permission is non-exclusive and free. It ends when you unpublish or delete the item, though copies already cached may take a short time to clear.

Your responsibility. Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload anything unlawful.

Removal. Site admins may remove any content from the site, including Community Plate posts, at their discretion.

Toolhouette

Toolhouette is provided "as is," without any warranty. You are responsible for checking the fit of any layout, trace, or insert before you rely on it. See the Toolhouette notice below.

Toolhouette notice

Check the fit of every Toolhouette layout and insert before you use it. Inserts are for storage and transport only. For Pelican Air, Protector, Storm and Vault V300 cases, the VEVOR Rifle Hard Case 40" and Weatherproof Hard Case 15", and PACKOUT-compatible organizers. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Pelican Products, VEVOR, Milwaukee Tool or any firearm maker. Trademarks belong to their owners. You are responsible for following all laws that apply where you live.

Toolhouette coins

Coins have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Orders

Orders, custom work, and returns are covered by our Returns Policy. We ship inside the United States only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LaserBone Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, Toolhouette, or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that the claim is about.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
