Custom and personalized work
Custom and personalized items are made to order for you. Once production starts, they cannot be refunded or returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it. To qualify:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
LaserBone Designs pays return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Shipping
We ship inside the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
